The Crystal In The Park Unit Two Homeowners Association offers payment plans of up to three (3) months for homeowners who are unable to pay their balance in full. Homeowners should contact the Association as soon as possible to request an arrangement. Approved payment plans must be kept current, including any new amounts that become due. Failure to make the agreed payments may result in additional collection activity, interest, fees, legal costs, or other remedies permitted under the Association’s governing documents and applicable law.

If your HOA assessment becomes delinquent, a one-time $25 late fee will be charged for each delinquent annual assessment, along with simple interest at 0.75% per month (9% per year) on the unpaid assessment balance. If the account remains unpaid and the Association must send a formal Letter of Demand, the homeowner may also be responsible for reasonable collection costs, attorneys’ fees, filing and recording fees, and other legal expenses actually incurred. If necessary, the Association may also record a lien against the property for the unpaid assessments and other authorized charges until the account is satisfied.
